Newly developed scaffolding system expanding widely in Japan, and now global model is under creation.
Our ND System is designed to resolve all of the conventional problems, heavy, narrow, uneasy to pass by stairs, hard to grasp, shaky, noisy, and easy to loose.
Responding fully to preceding handrail method, our new-generation system makes erection and dismantling safer and speedier.

Lighter, but Stronger
Standards.
Easy to grasp
In Japanese Model ND System, the diameter of standard is φ42.7mm and the thickness is 2.3mm, to fit workers’ physical size in Japan.
Using STK540 grade steel, our Slighter and Thinner standard doesn’t allow the compromise to loading capacity, compared to other standards (mainly designed with dimensions of φ48.6mm).
Now Global Model, designed with dimension of φ48.6 / 60.5mm, is under creation and testing. For further details, apply to our head office.
Auto locking system
One of the advantages of our vertical locking pin is the ease with connection/disconnection of two standards without any screws or bolts as well as the ability to see whether the pin is properly locked or not at any time.
Preceding Handrail System
Allows us to place handrail to the erector before moving to the next level.
Erector can use the lanyard all the time during erection and dismantling.
An added bonus is that the advanced handrail system also has its own brace which means that bracing is completed as soon as the handrail has been put into place.
Just 4 steps for assembly
The hook of the upper frame is
inserted into the supported disc.
Likewise, the opposite side is also inserted into the disc.
Install the brace end wedge on the support disc.
Repeat the procedures on the opposite side.
The use of L-shaped toeboards ensure a safe space with few gap.
L shaped toeboard makes fully stuffed platform. There must be no void between toeboard and plank. It prevents falling object hazard entirely and ensure workers’ safety.

Smart Locking System with wedge
What is happen when you hammer the wedge.
1. Put the wedge on standard’s disc.
2. Hammer the wedge.
3. Locking part protrudes from
catching member.
4. Absorbs high-pitched
percussive noise.
Locking part will be caught by disc and never allow unexpected unlocking.

Crane liftable pre-assembled scaffolding system
Our vertical locking pin also allows the scaffold to be erected on the ground and lifted by crane directly into place, and vice versa, you can use crane to lift the scaffoldings in dismantling process.
