The total population of Japan in 2005 had reduced to 128 million people being the lowest peak, and in 2015 the ratio of the number of elderly people to the population as a whole is estimated to be 1:4, followed by 1:3 in 2040. As the aging society in the 21st century is becoming a reality, business in the nursing industry is something that significantly important, and is expected to expand much more as time goes on.

Currently at Nikken Lease Kogyo Co.,Ltd., our nursing services are being put into practice on a national scale as well as being expanded throughout our 40 bases in Japan. From now on we will start in a new field based on preventive care. By contributing to a wide range of fields, we hope to contribute to the creation of a more assured nursing environment.

At Nikken Lease Kogyo Co.,Ltd., nursing supplies are disinfected and stored carefully through management with a complete procedure. Furthermore, we have taken all possible measures to provide clean and safe products with our special system. In addition, qualified personel of welfare equipment are in each branch, delivery and assembly is done by well educated drivers, strengthening our nursing supply rental business with those who are familiar with this field.

Depending on the physical condition of the care-requiring person, we offer various safe and comfortable products.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING

We are training with welfare equipment counselors in order to strengthen our nursing supply rental service.

MAINTENANCE

By studying the products’ characteristics, the optimum disinfection methods are conducted.

NURSING CARE FRANCHISE

We are a franchisee of Panasonic AGE-FREE Co., Ltd. and operate 13 stores across the country.
In fiscal 2016, the Suginami store operated by Nikken Lease Kogyo was ranked first out of 200 franchise retail outlets in the “No. 1 Shop Grand Prix” competition and received a prize.
We select and offer welfare equipment and goods, provide barrier-free designs for homes and engage directly with elderly people. We make tremendous efforts every day to help elderly people remain in their homes and enjoy peace of mind.
This is a meaningful business that helps Japan cope with an aging society.
